You will be given various options for delivery of items during the order process. The options available to you will vary depending on where you are ordering from. Estimated delivery time is 2 to 7 days for all products. In COVID-19 Situations can't assure the timelines. On placing your order, you will receive an email containing a summary of the order. Sometimes, delivery may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances. In such cases, we will proactively reach out to you by e-mail. In general, most orders are shipped within 24hrs (except Holidays) to 48hrs. We will notify customers thru E-mail & SMS with tracking details. Status updates will be sent in every stages (Shipped, in transit, out for delivery, etc) of shipment thru E-mail & SMS You can contact us after 3 working days if no updates from us.
Return Policy
If wrong product ordered by customer / no fault from GoBestBuy & customer want to return the product, it should be communicated within 48hrs thru email. We will refund the amount after deducting shipping expenses. Customer needs to return the product on their own. If need reverse pickup, it can be arranged for the actual charges. And this reverse pick up amount also will be deducted from the refund. Replacement is provided for all other products only if informed us within 48hrs of delivery. Returned product should be in intact condition with all accessories and original box / packing. Returns / replacement is decided on item condition Only. Physical damages caused by customers are not covered under this policy. Reverse Pickup will be arranged if your PIN code is supported by our courier partner. If reverse pickup service not available at customer location, then return shipping to be arranged by customer. Return shipping cost will be reimbursed in the form of redemption coupons, no cash refunds allowed. Coupon value Max up to Rs.100 or actual cost whichever is lower. Return shipping method shall be cost effective and acceptable by GoBestBuy as per product cost. You may get help from GoBestBuy to choose best carrier to return the products. Some products can't be returned such as Power Cables, Earphones, low cost accessories, Car Care products, low cost products, etc. Orders can be cancelled before shipping (upon customer request). There will be re-stocking fee for the orders. Orders can't be cancelled once shipped.
